Can I buy your Website as software?

Sure. We also offer our Websites as a hosted service, which is a much more cost effective, reliable and convenient way to add shopping cart capabilities to your web site.

Can I cancel service at anytime?

Yes. Simply follow the cancellation procedures and your account will be closed on the date of your choice.

Can I upgrade from one account type to another?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. There's no upgrade fee to reconfigure your account. We will also give you any bonus from your previous account toward your new account.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. You only pay one flat fee monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly, depending on the service plan you choose. If you accept credit cards, your credit card processor will charge transaction fees, but there are no such fees associated with using our shopping cart.

How can I pay for Webstrateg services?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express now through Paypal and Moneybookers Merchant and soon 2CheckOut and Mondopay.

How do you close an account?

To close your account, please contact your account manager. Your account manager will then be able to guide you through the cancellation process.

How does Webstrateg bill me?

Webstrateg bills you every 30 days based on the day you sign up for the service. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for your monthly hosting fee on the first day your account becomes active. After 30 days have gone by you will be billed again for the next month of service. The exact charge will be based on recurring charges in addition to whatever additional fees you have incurred during that previous month.

I don't have a credit card. Does Webstrateg accept other forms of payment?

Yes, we do. We gladly accept payment by check, money order or Pay Pal.
